1. Who We Are

PriceRight ("we", "our", "us") is a free web application located at storied-biscuit-5228f7.netlify.app (and any custom domain we may use). PriceRight is an independent tool built by an Etsy seller, for Etsy sellers. We are not affiliated with Etsy, Inc.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect only two types of information:

• Email address — only if you voluntarily sign up for our free Pricing Playbook newsletter. We never collect your email without your explicit consent.
• Anonymous usage data — through Google Analytics 4, we collect data such as pages visited, time spent on the app, general geographic location (country/city), device type, and how you arrived at our site (e.g. from Google, Facebook, or directly). This data is anonymized and cannot identify you personally.

We do not collect: your name, your Etsy shop details, your pricing data (all calculations happen in your browser and are never sent to us), payment information, or any other personal data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Email address: To send you the free Pricing Playbook PDF and occasional tips about pricing your handmade products. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
• Analytics data: To understand which features are most useful, where our traffic comes from, and how to improve the app. We never use this data to identify individuals.

4. Cookies

PriceRight uses cookies through Google Analytics to track anonymous usage. These are standard analytics cookies. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from social media platforms.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage tracking. Google's Privacy Policy →
• SendFox — email list management. Your email is stored securely with SendFox. SendFox's Privacy Policy →
• Netlify — website hosting. Netlify's Privacy Policy →

We also include affiliate links to third-party tools (Canva, Tailwind, eRank, A2X, ShipStation). Clicking these links may earn us a small commission at no cost to you. These third parties have their own privacy policies which we do not control.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your pricing calculations are processed entirely in your browser — none of that data is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. Saved products (via the "Save Product" feature) are stored locally in your browser's localStorage and never leave your device.

Email addresses submitted through our newsletter form are transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored with SendFox. We do not store email addresses on our own servers.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your email from our list
• Right to opt-out — unsubscribe from our emails at any time
• Right to portability — request your data in a portable format

8. Children's Privacy

PriceRight is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of any significant changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
